How do I request coverage?+
Download the ShowingNow app, create your account, and tap Start a Request. Enter the property address, select the type of coverage, pick your date and time, and confirm. Most requests are filled in under 5 minutes.
How much does it cost?+
Coverage starts at $35 per showing or per hour for open houses. There are no monthly fees — you only pay when you use the service. You can also set a custom rate above $25.
Will I be able to communicate with my assigned Showing Agent?+
Yes. Once an agent accepts your request, you can message them directly through the app to share access instructions, lockbox codes, and any property details.
Can I use the app to request agents I trust from my office?+
Yes — you can mark agents as favorites and prioritize them for future requests. Agents you have worked with before will be notified first when you submit a new request.
How quickly will my request be filled?+
The majority of requests are accepted within 5 minutes. For open houses or same-day requests, we recommend submitting as early as possible to maximize coverage.
