Can I use ShowingNow for open houses, not just showings?+
Yes. ShowingNow supports both individual property showings and open houses. When submitting a request, simply select Open House as your event type. You can specify your preferred agent, set your rate, and have a licensed agent confirmed for your open house in minutes.
How much does showing agent coverage cost?+
Coverage starts at $35 per showing or per hour for open houses. There are no monthly fees — you only pay when a showing is completed. You can also set a custom rate above $25.
